The United States Department of State announced on Friday that it has approved a potential $2.1 billion sale of 500 Patriot PAC-3 missile interceptors, along with parts and support equipment, to Ukraine. The package marks one of the most significant steps to provide defensive weaponry to Kyiv since President Donald Trump began his second term in January 2025.
