Milania Giudice Says BFF Victoria Zardoya's Organs Saved 8 Lives
Milania Giudice found a permanent way to honor her best friend, forever.
The 20-year-old has been mourning the loss of her childhood friend Victoria Zardoya, who died following an accident in Florida on July 24 at the age of 20.
As a way to pay tribute to her late bestie, Milania got a tattoo inspired by Victoria, sharing the fresh ink to her Instagram and TikTok. In a TikTok posted Aug. 4, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star showed herself in a studio getting “Baby V” on her wrist.
Indeed, Milania has been open about her grief journey, documenting the memories they shared and the whirlwind of emotions she’s felt in the wake of her friend’s death.
"Lowkey hate nostalgia because what do you mean I can never go back," she wrote on her July 27 Instagram Stories alongside old photos with Victoria. "Now I have to remember you for longer than I knew you."
While on a trip to Tampa to visit friends, Victoria had sustained fatal injuries after falling near the ruins of Fort Dade. Her friend Victoria Silberbusch had shared the details of the accident “at the request of Victoria Zardoya’s family.”
“What began as a fun, innocent day on the water with both old and new friends,” Silberbusch wrote on Instagram July 26, “ended in an unimaginable and unexpected tragedy.”
Sharing their condolences with Victoria’s loved ones, Milania’s family—including parents Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice as well as older sister Gia Giudice—paid tribute to their longtime family friend.

"There are no words for this kind of pain," Joe wrote on Instagram July 27. "Victoria, you were like a daughter to me. I watched you grow up with my daughter Milania. We were neighbors for years, and you became part of our family. I can’t believe you’re gone."
Meanwhile, Teresa wrote on Instagram Aug. 1, “You were so full of life—kind, ambitious, and unstoppable. You had the biggest heart and the brightest future ahead of you. I can’t believe I’m writing this right now.”
Although their community is suffering a major loss, Milania did share that Victoria helped save lives through organ donation.
“They’re packing up Victoria’s room right now,” Milania said from her late friend’s hospital room in a recent TikTok video. “She just went in, she's saving eight people's lives.”
