The Nigerian Navy has transferred nine suspected stowaways to the custody of the Nigeria Immigration Service after rescuing them from a merchant vessel, the MT EVGENIA. The handover, which took place on Friday, was carried out by the crew of the Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) Beecroft.
