NDLEA uncovers Mexican cartel links to methamphetamine labs in Ogun, Oyo forests

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has exposed plans by international drug syndicates to set up massive methamphetamine manufacturing operations within the forests of Oyo and Ogun states.
