Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang has refuted claims that he agreed to a 60-40 cabinet-sharing deal prior to defecting from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The governor maintained that no agreement of this nature was ever established between his administration and the leadership of the APC in the state.
