Kyle Francis Kennedy, a granddaughter of Robert F. Kennedy and Ethel Kennedy, died "peacefully" on Sept. 21 at her home in Westwood, Massachusetts, according to her obituary from Burke Funeral Homes. She was 42 years old. Her passing comes six years after she suffered a spinal cord injury in 2020 that left her paralyzed.
